Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TheyTest platform ("Service").

TheyTest OÜ is a company registered in Estonia under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

2. Accounts

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of account information and secure use of credentials. Candidates may only access the platform through authorized invitation links.

3. Use of Service

The Service must only be used for lawful recruitment and evaluation purposes. Clients must ensure compliance with Estonian employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

All subscriptions are prepaid. Fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Invoices are issued in EUR by TheyTest OÜ in accordance with Estonian tax regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, and trademarks remain the property of TheyTest OÜ. Clients retain ownership of their uploaded data.

6. Data Protection & Confidentiality

TheyTest acts as a data processor on behalf of Clients (data controllers). Processing is carried out under GDPR and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

7. Service Availability

We aim for continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible.

8. Liability

TheyTest OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid within the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by written notice. Upon termination, access will be revoked or returned to the client upon request.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be settled in Harju County Court (Tallinn).
