What kind of tests do you offer?

How do you ensure tests are unbiased?
Our tests are designed by I/O psychologists and subject matter experts to be fair and objective.

Can I customize the assessments?

TheyTest captures full video of the entire assessment, reviewable end to end — not a snapshot every thirty seconds. Alongside it we track behaviour across the whole desktop rather than only inside the test window, require candidates to close additional screens before starting, detect copy and paste on every field, and run multiple AI models over each session to flag patterns consistent with assisted answering.
You also get the standard controls: time limits, randomised questions, and full-screen and tab-switch alerts.
